There is no cookie-cutter list of limits. Limits are for each person to decide.
@instructor144 while I agree with this sentiment Sir, as a newbie I was often overwhelmed when asked about my limits because I really had no idea what the options even were. My experience was limited.
Well, I’m not sure exactly how to advise you here, but I’d definitely recommend not saying “Stop acting like a crazy bitch!” There is plenty of anecdotal evidence suggesting this approach never works.
Just tell her to calm down. It works every time.
